Hey y’all! Edie here!

By now, Titan Mage Havoc and the Frigid Flame has been out for a month, and reader responses have been ✨ magnificent ✨!

This novel is a special one to me, as while it has many origins, one of them is definitely fans who kept demanding more Titan Mage – a series that I never expected to sell as well as it did, nor to become so beloved by my readers. 😊 This novel, then, is as much a love letter to my fans as it is mechs, action-adventure, and tenacious heroes who refuse to give up, whether on themselves or each other.

But unfortunately, while it’s been extremely well-received by fans and in most of its launches (Patreon, Royal Road, pre-release eBook, special edition) … something has gone wrong in its Amazon/Kindle Unlimited release – and that’s one of the most pivotal platforms for the harem genre. 😮

Long story short, it seems new release notifications and review requests aren’t going out, and bestseller categories are messed up in such a way that Havoc was booted from its two most relevant categories … right after scoring a #1 New Release in Steampunk. 😮 No amount of customer service has gotten it put back, even though mainline Titan Mage has lived on that bestseller list for three years. 😐 And I’m not the only harem author who’s seeing similar problems.

The short of it is, there’s not much the affected authors can do to remedy the situation at the moment – except make readers aware, and send out the missing notifications and requests ourselves.

To that effect, if you enjoyed Titan Mage Havoc and the Frigid Flame, please consider leaving a rating or review over on Amazon.

(This applies even if you purchased from me directly – and FYI, one possible way you can get around Amazon’s Verified Purchase requirement is to post an image in your review, or to post a video review.)

Reviews are extremely important during the first 3 months of a new book’s launch because of how they factor into Amazon’s promotion algorithm (when it works, anyway) – and they’re just about the only thing authors can affect on the site right now, by asking readers to leave them.

All that said, with all the wonderful words everyone’s sent me about this novel, I’d be abundantly grateful if y’all would hop over to Amazon and drop a few there – or even just a simple star rating.

As always, thanks for reading! 😊
